Our Chosen Charities

We have chosen to support The National Autistic Society as they are the leading UK charity for people with autism (including Asperger syndrome) and their families. They provide information, support and pioneering services, and campaign for a better world for people with autism.

We will share donations between them and our local branch in Stafford.

The National Autistic Society (Stafford)   aims to provide information, emotional and social support to people and families who are affected by Autistic Spectrum Conditions in Staffordshire

They aim to raise awareness of Autism locally and campaign for positive change. They fundraise to raise money for the Stafford Branch.

They regularly distribute information on training, fun days and support for families round Staffordshire.

Staffordshire Adults Autistic Society has a management board of Trustees who operate the charity alongside volunteers.  SAAS currently have 13 volunteers and arrange yearly conferences, charity events, outings, social trips, training for schools, universities and colleges with a telephone helpline which operates 5 Days a week. SAAS have over 150 members on the Autistic spectrum and are the largest Adult Autism Charity in the UK for Adults on the Autistic Spectrum.
